适用范围 / Scope： 本声明适用于通过本链接加入的所有在线会议、网络研讨会及市政厅活动。
This statement applies to all online meetings, webinars, and town halls accessed via this link.

一、保密义务
1.Confidentiality Obligations
本次会议涉及我司（“本公司”）的商业秘密、专有技术及敏感经营信息。参会人承诺：
不得对会议内容进行录音、录像、截屏或以任何方式复制；
不得向任何第三方披露、转发或传播会议内容；
不得以任何形式将会议资料用于参会目的之外的任何用途。
This meeting contains our company’s (“the Company”) trade secrets, proprietary technology, and sensitive business information. Participants agree that:
No audio, video recording, screenshot, or any form of reproduction of the meeting content is permitted;
No disclosure, forwarding, or dissemination of meeting content to any third party is permitted;
Meeting materials shall not be used for any purpose other than participation in this meeting.
违反上述义务的，本公司有权立即终止参会权限，并保留追究法律责任及索赔的权利。
Any violation of the above obligations entitles the Company to immediately revoke participation rights and pursue legal remedies and damages.

二、数据收集与隐私保护
2. Data Collection and Privacy Protection
为保障会议安全、稳定及可追溯，本公司可能收集以下信息：
参会人姓名、邮箱、IP 地址、设备信息；
会议音视频流、聊天记录、问答记录及互动行为日志；
会议录制文件（如适用）。
For security, stability, and auditability, the Company may collect:
Participant name, email address, IP address, and device information;
Audio/video streams, chat logs, Q&A records, and interaction logs;
Meeting recordings (where applicable).
上述信息处理遵循本公司《隐私政策》。除法律法规要求或经您另行同意外，本公司不会将数据出售或用于营销用途。
Such data is processed in accordance with the Company’s Privacy Policy. Except as required by law or with your additional consent, the Company will not sell or use such data for marketing purposes.

三、技术防护措施
3. Technical Safeguards
本公司已在会议中启用以下技术控制措施以降低信息泄露风险：
强制大厅等候与身份验证；
屏幕共享水印与视频水印（含参会人身份信息）；
限制聊天复制、转发及会后访问；
敏感内容自动检测与访问权限管控。
The Company has enabled the following technical controls to mitigate information leakage risks:
Mandatory lobby and identity verification;
Screen sharing and video watermarks(including participant identifiers);
Restrictions on chat copy, forwarding, and post-meeting access;
Sensitive content detection and access control.
前述措施不构成对保密义务的替代，参会人仍须严格遵守本声明各项规定。
These measures do not replace confidentiality obligations; participants must strictly comply with all provisions herein.

四、知识产权
4. Intellectual Property Rights
会议期间展示、分发或讨论的所有材料（包括但不限于演示文稿、数据、图表、技术方案）均归本公司所有。未经书面授权，不得以任何形式复制、改编或用于商业用途。
All materials presented, distributed, or discussed during the meeting (including but not limited to presentations, data, charts, and technical proposals) are the property of the Company. No reproduction, adaptation, or commercial use is permitted without prior written authorization.

五、适用法律与争议解决
5. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution
本声明受中华人民共和国法律管辖。因本声明或会议参与产生的任何争议，应提交本公司主要办公地有管辖权的人民法院诉讼解决。
This Statement is governed by the laws of the People’s Republic of China. Any dispute arising from this Statement or participation in the meeting shall be submitted to the competent court located at the Company’s principal place of business.
